ECHO ACCESS for Parents:

CHROMEBOOK PROBLEMS:

If a student is having a problem with a Chromebook not working or issues logging in,  please direct them to call the helpdesk at 501-1031 or they can open a helpdesk ticket by emailing helpdesk@reyn.org from their Reynoldsburg email account (please have them include contact information) or they can login to helpdesk.reyn.org and login with their email credentials and open a helpdesk ticket (please have them include contact information).   We are scheduling Chromebook exchanges at the Technology Office by the Welcome Center if we can’t resolve the students device issue over the phone.

ECHO LOGIN:

Username: firstname.lastname (if you have been in Reynoldsburg schools it is your typical log in.)

Password: 000studentID

(3 zeros and then your student ID or lunch number)

Google Meet codes and information will be in ECHO! Your advisory teacher will help you figure out the rest of your day. :)

Select Advisory for your first course at 8:30am you must be on meet for attendance.
